Tatum Bell Watch-Week 1 Results

Well, in my incessant following of the Broncos running back situation, here are the results from Week 1.

Tatum Bell: 15 carries, 103 yards, 6.9 ypc
Mike Bell: 10 carries, 58 yards, 5.8 ypc, 1 td

Both backs looked very good in a week one loss to St. Louis. My man Tatum did lay it on the turf once, but still flashed the playmaking ability I have continually raved about. Now, Maniac Mike Shanahan will go with Tatum in week two, in part because of a dislocated finger that will hinder Mike Bell.

Of course, these results may beg the question, how do you only score 10 points despite having your two main backs average more than 6 yards per carry? I think I'll leave that one to Mr. Plummer, Maniac's Mike other charity case.
