A Random Thought
>> Thursday
Today, as I was watching ESPN's continuing coverage of the College World Series (because A. my job is a joke and I get paid to sleep and watch tv and B. because soccer is still for clowns, even soccer on its biggest stage), I got to thinking: do you think Harold Reynolds, Linda Cohn or any of the other people that cover this thing have any idea what the fuck they're talking about?
What really made me think of this was when Reynolds was previewing the Oregon State vs. some other fucking team that none of you care about anyway game and said something along the lines of:
"To me, the team that will win is the one that comes out ready to play their game first."
Right on, HR, the reason the goddamn Brewers lost 2 of 3 to the Tigers this week was because they came out not ready to play and all of a sudden got all caught up in playing some foreign brand of Detroit Tigers baseball.

Hey, it may not have meant a damn thing, but at least he sounded good saying it. No wait; Harold Reynolds slurs his words big time and has little value as a TV analyst. My mistake.
