I kid you not--"Chrissy Snow" (or to us Gen Y kids, "Carol Lambert"), by her own admission on Larry King Live, injects HGH regularly. Now we know how a fifty-something year-old woman could do so many reps with the Thighmaster without wearing down mid-Home Shopping Network season.

Lesson learned: Never stay up until 3am on a Saturday night when you live in the suburbs, or else you might find yourself watching reruns of Larry King Live featuring old TV stars talking about hormone therapy.
