NFL Thoughts Week 6
>> Monday
Da Bears, just wow. And for the love of God, do not let Grossman break into Orton's secret stash ever again.
Arizona Cardinals-Professional Sports Worst Franchise for 30 years running.
I never want to hear Brian Urlacher and overrated ever again. Seriously, I will punch the first person who says that straight in the babymaker.
Please, if there's a God, let Charles Barkley throw Theisman off the Grand Canyon, superglue Kornheiser to his PTI seat, and have him take his rightful place in MNF booth.
A moral victory for the Raiders, they covered the spread.
This is why the Chargers chose Rivers over Brees. Brees is very good, Rivers will be great.
Someone must have told Joey Harrington the 4th quarter was being shown on Classic Sports.
The Steelers look like they want to defend their Super Bowl trophy. It would be foolish to write them off.
New Orleans-Philly should be a helluva Wild Card rematch.
Damn, I wish I could have seen the entire Seahawks-Rams game. Huge win for Seattle, and another disappointment in a big game for St. Louis.
That loss will haunt Bengals come December.
The Baltimore Ravens, 4-0 start, 8-8 finish.
Carolina right back on track, and they will be a tough out in the playoffs.
Speaking of 8-8, I think Mike Vick will redefine that record. But hey, he does is it in an exciting fashion.
I still think the Giants are the class of NFC East. However, that schedule may be too much for Eli and G-men to overcome
Good lord Washington, that was embarrasing.
Damn you Houston, as if T.O. needs even more time in the news.
10 for 8 last week, 23 for 127 this week-got to love the Kevin Jones Experience.
Roy Williams occasionally decides to live up to his potential.
Top Five:
1. Chargers
2. Bears
3. Broncos
4. Jaguars
5. Panthers

Never bet against the Saints at home.
That should be the last time we hear Edgerrin James complain about not getting the ball in the fourth quarter.
It may have only shown in one quarter, but the Dolphins are much better off with Joey Harrington.
Denver does not look like a team that will contend, largely because of the clown lining up behind center.
Matt Leinart is going to be a great NFL quarterback. Damn it.
Devin Hester was worth a second round pick.
Wait, hold on. Who was it last April that said Matt Leinart would "for sure be the best professional quarterback from this draft class?" Oh weird, it was me. Yesssssss.
--Also, I'm aware that I'm claiming vindication on this one ridiculously early, so don't bother pointing that out.
Also - Hold the motherfucking phone. 2 TD returns does not a second round pick make. Greg Jennings was worth a second round pick. Some clown without a position regardless of special teams ability does not, ever warrant a second round pick. Yeah, it's worked out so far, but I still think it was a stupid, stupid selection.
Also - talking about the MNF crew - here's an idea. Just use the crew they had earlier this year. Brad Nessler, Dick Vermeil and Ron Jaworski. They did one game together and were as smooth and dynamic together as any broadcast team on FOX, CBS or ESPN and had as much insight and interesting additions as Madden, Aikman and Darryl Johnson (in my opinion the best color guys in the league). Also, Jaworski and Vermeil deferred to one another particularly well and Nessler just sat back and called the game, as a play-by-play guy should.
-MNF should be guest hosted each week.
-I also said Leinart would be the best QB from this draft class, as did millions of other people. This does not make you special Bechtel.
-Speaking of this year's draft class, it's good to see that Vince Young is giving Titans fans something to get excited about other than the Music City Miracle.
Brian Urlacher is over rated!! One forced fumble?
