Yes, it's VERY VERY likely that one team will be 3-1 at the end of the night, but a tie has happened as recently as 2003! Improbable does not equal impossible.

The only thing more satisfying than watching the Bears go 3-13 and missing the playoffs is watching them go 13-3 and lose in the first round of the playoffs.
Get ready Bears fans, because you know it's going to happen.
Careful Nate...last year they lost in the SECOND round of the playoffs, which of course makes a difference.
