I think I've figured out a way for MU to be the Warriors without being the "Warriors." It's simple, we just get sponsored by Ron Artest's record label and become the Marquette Wariers. That way everyone would be happy and we'd have some sweet street cred.
That's better than the suggestion on a message board I saw that we should adopt the Donkey from Winnie the Pooh as our mascot and be the Marquette War-Eeyores.
Well, we would've been good still. And if he had gone to MU, I wonder if he would've worn a yellow suit. Maybe he would've bought the zootsuit from The Mask and worn that during games. That would've been awesome. Yeah, I bet he would've done that. We totally missed out. Crap.
