Real NBA MVP a rapist?

The man has been crapped on more than park grass, but Kobe Bryant should have been this year's MVP. While Lebron may have better across the board stats, you take Kobe off the Lakers, and they struggle against UCLA. The only other Laker that occassionally impersonates being a legit NBA player is Lamar Odom, and that only happens 25-30 times when he realizes the raw talent that he has. Considering how often he had to deal with double and triple teams, shooting 45 percent from the field is an accomplishment. The man took the team on his back, and somehow made a squad that started Smush Parker and Luke Walton into a 45 win team. So while he may be selfish and not know the meaning of the term no means no, Kobe Bryant should have been the 2006 NBA MVP.
