If the South Had Just Won, Like, Three or so More Major Battles in the Civil War, the U.S. Would Have Less States

What was Mike Celizic's purpose in even writing this article?
I bet if Ken Griffey Jr. had never been injured, he also would have broken Cal Ripken's consecutive games streak. And I bet if Mike "Spanky" Lavalier had stayed healthier and had been a pitcher and had been really really unfathomably awesome, he would've broken Cy Young's career win total. Who'da known? Evidently you need incredible power and longevity to break the career homerun record.
I think my favorite assertion is that if Mickey Mantle "had taken any kind of care of himself," he would have outperformed his career HR total by more than a third.
And by the way, simply incorporating the word "eponymous" into your article won't convince anyone that you are intelligent.

My favorite part is the way he ends the article with "In the meantime, go, Barry." It's weird, but it didn't seem at first that he was rooting for him...what a joke.
If I could hit "a few more pitches" then I could hit cleanup for the Yankees.
That's the same joke my post made three times. You officially beat it into the ground.
