With Louisville losing and my bracket officially imploding (I can stop the denial now), I will now be strongly considering pools for the following events to get my fix of making unwinnable bets: Wrestlemania, Masters, NFL Draft, Indy 500, Wimbledon, PBR Rider of the Year, early favorite for 2009 dog show (I've got the purebred collie at 3/1).
I hate this tournament so much. For the opposite reason.
Because I'm a little short on funds, I decided to not enter a pool this year. Voila. I pick 7 of the 8 Elite 8 teams.
So now I get no money..at a time when I could really use it. Fuck me. I'll never not gamble again.
Yeah Zuch, the Louisville loss really fucked me over...Lets go Davidson so everyone else can join me in the misery of a failed bracket
Wow, this post perfectly summarizes the ridiculous drone of the tournament... especially when the games are blow-outs and you just have CBS on in the background. And this post also makes me even more nauseated over the Coke Zero and Enterprise commercials... especially the Enterprise commercial with the stereotypical black mother and black son who are renting the car... "They pick you up? Sounds expensive."
