As the official grammar police...this has nothing to do with grammar. It's poor wording, not grammar.
Yeah, if you're gonna use my title, you'd better make sure it's actually about grammar. For this post, I might have suggested "The Style File," as it's more a matter of clarity and style.
This post only distracts us from the larger issue which is......would you sleep with Bill Simmons' wife? On the one hand you probably wouldn't want to, on the other it would probably destroy Bill's life.
My bad. It may not be "grammar" per se, but it's definitely slipshod writing that any high school creative writer should have been able to catch.
Have you ever seen the "Sports Gal"? I know I haven't. For all we know, she could be a total knock-out like Matt's mom. Granted, she's probably a bit older than us, but then again, so is Matt's mom.
There are also three prepositions strung together... pushing the limits I'd say.
But yes, it's style, not grammar. If you're going to be a successful lawyer, you're going to need to choose your words wisely and use precise language. Just a suggestion.
You better be talkin' Zuchowski, Dago.
