STAT!
...(!-!-!)
Today's totally random baseball-reference stat is from the homerun category.
Can you guess who's 21st on the all-time career AB-per-HR list?
Is it... Hank Aaron?
Nope, he's 36th.
Willie Mays?
Nope, he's 37th.
Frank Robinson?
Nope, he's 47th
"Ducky" Joe Mewick?
Nope, he's 548th. But those are all good guesses.
The answer?
Ron Kittle.
That's right--Ron Kittle, the bespectacled, oft-injured 1980s White Sox star ranks 21st all time on the AB/HR list, tied with Albert Belle and just ahead of Frank Thomas, Hank Greenberg, and Willie McCovey.
(Even he's stunned by that!)
As we always say here on Totally Random Cr-aaa-zy Baseball-Reference Stat...
That's wacky!!!

Figure out how to use colored text today, Vinnie?
Just never had a good use for it before. I still don't, really.
