Trouble for Scout.com

For some Thursday drama, Scout.com would be getting sued by various network affiliates for failing to properly distribute advertising and magazine publishing revenues. Many major school's networks, including Florida, Ohio State and USC have already left, with rumors circulating that Stanford, Texas and Oklahoma may soon be following.

As far as content goes, I think Scout is definitely the best in the business of evaluating prep hoops on a national level. Some of the school's sites coverage leaves something to be desired. However, a lot of that can be attributed to unbridled homerism. Whatever comes of this, I will always be a big fan of Dave Telep and find wherever he would potentially relocate. The same can be said of John Dodds and Jim Ganzer, the excellent administors of Marquette Hoops, currently a Scout affiliate.
