Coach Knight doesn't care for your logic

The Chicago Sun-Times reports that Texas Tech head coach Bobby Knight opined on several topics at yesterday's press conference, including his support of contraction of the NCAA Tournament to 32 teams.

When one reporter had the stones to tell him that if his system was in place this year, his 10th seeded Red Raiders would be on the outside looking in, Coach Knight responded,

''That's a question that's superfluous and no need to answer because that didn't happen and isn't going to happen, I just answered it for you -- there is no answer. I have no intentions of answering something like that.''
