I'm speechless

I love the coach's commentary. In as many words saying, "When you gotta go, you gotta go."

Pretty sure this marks the first time that rugby has been mentioned on this blog. With today and Wednesday being the only two days on the calendar where no college or professional games are being played (The Futures Game, Home Run Derby, and the Celebrity Softball Game don't count), we gotta dig a little deeper.

What are you talking about? The Home Run Derby is one of the most entertaining sporting events of the year!

"college or professional games"

I agree, the Home Run Derby can be pretty entertaining, but you can say the same thing for the NFL Draft and Selection Sunday.

It's clearly not a day without sporting events. I don't think there is such a day on the sports calendar, but today and Wednesday are the only days of the year where there are no regularly scheduled games, competitive or all-star.
